Elena Delle Donne had a bright future ahead of her in the sport of basketball. When she headed to the University of Connecticut, everyone was sure that she would become a star player there. But Elena wasn t convinced that Connecticut was where she belonged. She missed her home. And she missed her family–especially her sister, Lizzie. When she returned to Delaware, many people feared that her basketball-playing days were behind her. But she was clearly just getting started.
