Bindi Sue Irwin

When Bindi Sue Irwin was eight years old, her famous father, Steve Irwin—the Crocodile Hunter—was killed in a tragic accident. Since that time Bindi has carried on his important work as a conservationist at the Australia Zoo. She has also become a big star in her own right. Now a teenager, Bindi has hosted her own television show, Bindi the Jungle Girl. She has also starred in Free Willy: Escape from Pirate’s Cove. She even has her own line of dolls and stuffed animals, an eco–friendly clothing line, and a book series she has written herself. Her father’s memory has inspired her through it all.
