We Visit Ethiopia

The Ethiopian landscape features high mountains and the Central Highlands region with some of the best weather in the world. Coffee was first discovered in Ethiopia; its native grain teff is a nutritious meal all by itself. One of the oldest countries on Earth, Ethiopia has made its way into the Koran, and both Testaments of the Bible. While most of Africa was being colonized by Europeans, Ethiopia was the rare exception. Although modern Ethiopia faces many challenges, its history and resources offer hope for a bright future.
